They never cared to pay attention, and they said they wont start calling me a girl until I tell my entire school about me, and I had a friend who did that who had a gun held to his head that same day for it, can you give me advice as how to deal with this, it is really stressful on me.
That’s a really tough situation. It sounds as though your school is a very unsafe place for someone who is trans* and you have to stay safe. I don’t suggest putting yourself in danger by coming out to everyone.
Does your family know what happened to the last person who came out at your school? If you tell them they might change their mind about telling you to come out.
Also, as frustrating as this can be family often takes a lot of time to come around. I don’t know how long you’ve been out to them but it might take a little while until they get used to the idea.
There are books and other information out there for parents too. So maybe giving those to them or even leaving them around the house for them to pick up when they want to and are ready to.
The main things is stay safe. Keep yourself physically and mentally safe.
